Sharing is opt-in

By default, nobody sees your records — not even your doctor. You choose to link with a clinic or doctor; nothing is shared until you do.

It works both ways

Consent is two-directional: a doctor's notes and prescriptions flow to your records with their agreement, and your history is visible to them only with yours.

What sharing gives you

A doctor who can see your medication history and past reports can make better decisions — no more re-telling your story from memory at every visit.

Changing your mind

You can unlink at any time. What you shared stops being visible; your records remain yours, in your vault, always.
