What patients receive
- Clinic details in every message, your name, address and number, so a patient never wonders who wrote
- A copy of the prescription, sent to the patient’s WhatsApp when you save it
- A follow-up after a dropped call, when a caller hangs up before booking, they get a message to pick up where they left off
- Your clinic on Google Maps, a location button so they find the door
WhatsApp’s 24-hour rule applies. When a patient messages you, your staff can reply from Patient chats for 24 hours after their last message. After that WhatsApp does not deliver a reply, so the panel tells you to call instead.
Questions doctors actually ask
Can my staff reply to patients on WhatsApp from the panel?
Yes, from Patient chats, for 24 hours after the patient’s last message. Replying takes over from the assistant for that conversation. After 24 hours WhatsApp does not deliver a reply, so the panel suggests a call instead.
What does a WhatsApp message cost?
1 credit for each message sent to a patient, and 2 credits for each new 24-hour conversation. Your staff’s own replies inside that window are free.
Who gets the booking alerts?
The numbers and email addresses you add on this screen. Starter and Growth include one alert number and Enterprise two, and you can send a test to check it arrives.
