Getting started for clinics

Create your clinic on Medigent, add doctors and set up the schedule the AI receptionist will book against.

Create your account

Sign in at app.medigent.in and create your clinic. You'll add the clinic's name, location and contact details — the same details the AI receptionist uses when it greets your callers.

Add doctors and timings

Add each doctor with their consultation days and hours. These timings become the open slots the AI can offer to callers, so keep them current — the AI never invents a slot that isn't in the schedule.

Route your phone line

Your existing clinic number is routed to the AI receptionist — callers keep dialling the number they already know. The Medigent team sets this up with you during onboarding; write to info@medigent.in to schedule it.

Watch the requests come in

From day one, every call the AI answers turns into a booking request in your schedule. Your front desk confirms or declines each one — nothing is locked in without your team.
